Graduating USC!

I’ve had the pleasure of calling USC’s School of Cinematic Arts home for the past two years and what I’ll miss the most is being able to fully express myself within this creative oasis. USC has allowed me to find my voice as a storyteller. It has instilled in me the foundation I need to succeed in the world. Most importantly, USC taught me that the best stories are the ones that we’ve already written within ourselves. The ones that we’re scared to tell, but choose to do anyways. I’ll always cherish the world-renowned professors I had the privilege to learn from, my wonderful cohort, our beautiful cinema building, and of course the countless dashes to Trader Joe’s in between classes.

There’s a saying written on the back of our building: Limes regiones rerum. In Latin, it means “reality ends here,” and I can attest that quote is in fact true. Within the walls of USC, imagination felt infinite. But even though what seemed to be an infinite chapter is ending—it’s really just the beginning sparks of something more daringly adventurous.

and maybe even quite spectacular.
